MFR SELF TREATMENT VIDEOS

The videos on this page are a great source for our current and past clients to review the self treatment principles and exercises that they learned at Motion For Life, and also to learn new ways to self treat as we continue to discover new ways to self treat.

If you have never been a patient at Motion For Life then you may find the self treatment exercises very helpful.  I strongly suggest watching the video Self Treatment Principles before you attempt any of these self treatment exercises.  These videos are very helpful, but they do not take the place of being instructed by a skilled therapist.  

One of the most beneficial stretches for everyone is the -Best Overall Stretch.  It addresses a chronic problem in our society the fact that we sit a lot!  This stretch will help relieve many symptoms from back and neck pain, to shoulder and arm issues.
