We customize treatment programs to fit the needs of our clients. Treatment programs can range from a one-hour session to multiple hours a day, several days or weeks in a row. If you are new, we like to suggest setting up 3 one hour appointments so that we can have time to open up your restrictions and also time to help you get an idea of where you need to treat and ensure you know how to follow with your self-treatment program. After those initial sessions, then we can set up a program that fits your needs. Throughout the year, we also offer some specific healing programs and workshops. What should I wear for a Treatment? Since MFR is a whole body treatment, it will necessary to be able to treat the entire body. Most people either getting treated in a pair of shorts and tank top, or in their undergarments. There are also paper gowns available to wear during the treatments. |
