You can pick the date,  number of days and the activities of your retreat!   Below are a list of some of the activities that are available, but we would also be open to other suggestions.

Do you want mostly relaxation?  An active retreat? One that focuses on physical or emotional healing?  Or any combination of the above, we can put it together!  

Get a group of friends to come with you, or we can put it on the schedule and let others join.
                      Our retreats are all about you.... so be creative!
